Thanks. I too only use SB3 digital out into a Beresford DAC which has
an upgraded Maplin switching PS.
Other opinions would be valued. As you say, much can be system

transporter and my sb3 on analog outputs. I must say that the SB3
wasn't bad taking the price into consideration, but using analog
out(after all the transporter is expensive because it has a really good
DAC)

In my case the change from 7.2.1 to 7.3 sounded worse (way too bright).
The update was done with SSODS OVER the old version.
BUT when i went to 7.3.1 with a clean update it sounded again like
before (almost). To confirm that i downgraded to 7.2.1.
