It'll mostly focus on system incl. X related optimizations.
It is recommended to start a particluar audio/video related application
"after" Fidelizer have finished its initial job.
So,

Good luck troubleshooting, do let us know how you get on (whenever you
get to it)
By the way you might want to think about paying your wife back for the
emotional rollercoaster there.

Dear Mark,
Thanks for writing and for the feedback. We just don't have the
resources to do everything we'd like to do all at once. Someday
hopefully we can change the Pandora API so in-home devices like yours
can receive higher bit-rate audio. Thanks

Does fidalizer mess with the performance of other applications or video
hardware?

I found significant sound quality improvements running Fidelizer in

If you are doing a side-by-side comparison against your CD player, you
need to make sure the Touch is outputing at 100% volume, and also that
the test is volume matched - it's possible your CD player has a
"hotter" (louder) output than your Touch, which could make your brain

1) nobody buys 30K$ cable for 30K$

to match
What about buying some 50ml perfume box for 200,000$?

Anyone with older speakers need to check the drivers to see if they have
foam surrounds. You can damage the speaker playing them with defective
surrounds. The fix is easy and relatively cheap even if you send them
out for repair.

The radio guys here in my company (we make RF and microwave test and

executed clamp can actually increase noise. Buyer beware.

Not sound quality but lots of other benefits in terms of use .

It's hard ro compare one never knows how they measured.
But better than -120dB is very good then the laws of physics start to
influence any 2 volt source , it's very hard to get the noise much
lower .
it would be good to know which brands that goes for real performance,
so it's very good question
The THD+N measurements of the Benchmark DAC1 are excellent, in the same
league as the best anyway. The advantage with the Pre and HDR models is
that the full resolution is maintained at lower volumes thanks to their
analogue attenuators.

Acutally different versions of Windows do sound different. It's not
because of 0's and 1's per se, but how they process sound. XP has
