I'm happy with (at least for this week) are:
* default logitech priorities
* 4096 buffer
* processes 'watchdog', IRQ-37, IRQ-8 killed on startup

went for this coaxial in the end as it seems to be the same

There's an easy test for network issues: unplug the Ethernet cable from
the touch, if it sound better for the 20 seconds of buffered data
there's something up down line.

No clue. I just play around with it and see what I like. It might be
in my head it may not. I just know from soundcheck's blog it's
adjusting the jive_alsa buffer not the network buffer.
