I find thier data a bit strange and atypical ?
Noise floor: Typically -145 dB
Distortion: Typical 0,0006%
This is not the typical signal to noise ratio figure used by other
manufacturers and it's usually thd+n vs signa

is important and key.
We all have different systems and the variables involved in the final
output can lead to unpredictable results.
Measurements were posted on the Logitech forum proving different
transports have different THD+N at the outputs of outboard DACs, even
with optical SPDIF.
There is nothing magical going on. The differences must be down to
jitter, RFI or power supply noise.

After being able to discern FLAC and MP3 @ 320kbps I digged a bit more
