Veggen, I had similar problems. I emailed their customer service with my order number. They immediately allowed me direct access to (a part of) their server for 24 hours to download. This solved the problem. So, I suggest giving customer service a try. -- The Smokester

(usually in the middle of the night, of course). I keep and catalogue my albums with Mediamonkey since it is flexible enough for classical music and has a nice interface. But, there are times when editing the tags that only the Godfather will do. -- The Smokester
