I would say given the level of your system you should be considering a
Transporter or SB/External DAC equivalent.

Did anyone mention High Definition Tape Transfers at
http://www.highdeftapetransfers.net/
Also, use a download manager such as GetRight for these big files and
just come back later after it done. Sure beats waiting for a seedee to
ship.

four sets but there are also sets 5 6.
There is also a correspond Mercury Living Presence reissue of 4 sets:

Some of these are also available on vinyl but those don't fit in a slim
server very easily.

Veggen,
I had similar problems. I emailed their customer service with my order
number. They immediately allowed me direct access to (a part of) their
server for 24 hours to download. This solved the problem.
So, I suggest giving customer service a try.

course).
I keep and catalogue my albums with Mediamonkey since it is flexible
enough for classical music and has a nice interface. But, there are
times when editing the tags that only the Godfather will do.

would need to buy a TP when all I really
need is the display and digital out with ultra-low jitter. Don't care
about the analog side at all since I am supplying my own DAC.
Don't know if I'm the only one who needs just this or is there a real
market for such a device?

Legend is another
great example with a tone near the end that sounds like it circles your
head.

Haven't heard the Transporter but hard to imagine it is better than the
SB3 feeding a good DAC (which I happened to already have).
