did anyone get a really muddy sound after the latest update? it sounds
pretty bad here today, and the update is the only change over the

choices because I need the wattage to drive magneplanar
speakers (I can't justify buying a tube amp with that much power too
expensive). so many good recommendations won't work for me... does
anyone here use a wyred4sound or ps audio amp with balanced input from
their transporter?

how do people feel about the predecessor, the Channel Islands Audio
VDA-1 DAC? is it an improvement over the analog out of the SB3?
I am trying to decide between an inexpensive DAC like this one, and an
upgraded power supply. which would make more of a difference?
