I just read your plea for help with xlr to rca connections on the Lavry DA. I am just getting mine set up (December 30th), and am having the exact same problem and did all the jumper, etc. steps, to no avail.
I figured it could be the analog out cable to my amp (XLR out, RCA in to amp). I looked on google for Lavry pin connections and found one by Lavry, but it was very confusing. Lavry Engineering is of course closed for new years. I couldn't even get any email or call back last Thursday or Friday Did you find out where the pin connections should be on the xlr and then on the rca? I am connecting pins 1 and 3 to the rca ground, and pin 2 is hot. At the xlr pin 2 is hot, pin 3 is cold, and pin 1 is ground. I think I need to cut the pin 3 wire at the rca to get the cable to work.
