www.tech.co.uk (and MacRumors is carrying it) is reporting that Apple is to announce in the coming week that it is 1. licensing Fairplay DRM to the company's Made for iPod licence and 2. Allowing "streaming of Fairplay protected music via USB" (whatever that means).
