Last time I went to the 'Russian' site their Credit Card service had,
pretty much, been closed to US traffic so you can't pay for anything.

Hello, just a quick question.
Would it be wrong of me to ask for a link to this "russian site"? What
about if it was kept in private though PMs?
I'll have to check out the Smithsonian site. SOunds like that could be
very good as I like jazz and I'm getting more into world music.

There is some debate as to the legality of "the russian site". It is
based in Russia and does not violate any Russian laws. RIA's arguement
is that it SHOULD voilate Russian laws; that there ought to be Russian
laws that make it illegal. Russia is trying to gain entry into WTO and
RIA is pushin

Yeah the russian site is illegal if you're in the U.S.
You could check the web sites of bands you like, because they sometimes
offer FLAC downloads, but usually of live shows they recently did.
