I have just decided to go for a PS Audio DLIII to use it with my
Squeezebox III. Could you recommend me a good digital cable to connect
them. MY budget is for the cable is 150 USD max. It can be new or used.
(used prefered).

You want to see the signal path BEFORE it gets onto a CD/vinyl...it
ain't what you'd call
There is no need to spend anywhere near $150 for an interconnect. I
second the Blue Jeans recommendation. I am using their 1m interconnect,
but will probably change that for a longer one based on the length issue

If you can, demo a few, just incase you hear a difference between the
different cables and prefer one to another.
I found a Chord Signature Digi Coax rather nice... my ears and my kit
