That's it! That's the exact card. Too bad I just spent $20 for 75' of
cat-5E and pulled it under my floor. For $17 though... I'll order one of
those
cards up and try it out. FYI: You need a size 8 and size 9 torx driver
to open the SB3 up and get to the guts.
Thanks!

OK, I swapped out power supplies with another (thank you CH surplus
-Duarte). Unfortunately the wireless card no longer works. I tried the
wired
and it connected fine. So what are my options for the wireless card?
Are there some diagnostics that I can run? If not, I'll suck it up and
crawl under
I don't know if you've tried this, but maybe open-up the box, and make
sure the wireless card is properly seated.

I like those cool VU meters. Reminds me of my ol' TEAC and the

So what is the deal with the 'classic color?' Is that just a rumor?
Nobody knows. You can pick up a used classic at a reasonable price.

I woke up yesterday with my SB3 completely dead. I tested the voltage
from my power supply and it was 3V. I think over time my power supply
dropped from the 4.8 down to 3 and eventually killed my SB3.
My question now is, do I get a Duet or a Classic? I'm using a Lavry
DA10 for my DAC. Either
Try replacing your PSU first.

I increased the supply voltage back to 5 with no luck. I'll try to find
the old original power supply and give that a try.

There is also the new rumored squeezebox classic style with a color
screen.
I don't remember what kind of regulators are inside the squeezebox, but
it's possible over-amperage at a lower voltage damaged the internal
regulators.
Please let us know if the original PSU works.

If the old PSU doesn't work, get a Classic.

You want to see the signal path BEFORE it gets onto a CD/vinyl...it
ain't what you'd call minimal...
SB3 (wired) - TACT 2.2X (Linear PSU) + Good Vibrations S/W - MF
Triplethreat(Audiocom full mods) - Linn 5103 - Aktiv 5.1 system (6x
