1/2 years before the transporter was always dead quite, no hum.
I found the problem: the RCA sockets, which are soldered to the
mainboard had become loose on the board, in fact the ground-pin
soldering was broken.

2 -- and now I'm getting major hum as well. I've had (and solved)

Just received my Transporter and doing some listening tests but first
of all need to eliminate an annoying low level hum..
Whenever I plug in the Transporter...I experience an annoying low level
hum.
Either when I plug in directly to the same Monster power bar 'power
cleaner' or directly to
suspect a ground level loop problem...will try a groundless 'cheater'
and see if that works
