I called in today to check on my Transporter ship status. A courteous and professional representative looked up my order and said I should expect the unit to ship in approximately three weeks. I ordered it on August 24th and I'm halfway down the list. Demand was much greater than expected and they're not willing to give up quality control to go faster. It sounds like these are handbuilt by a small and very specialized assembly team. I will wait happily (but anxiously)!
