Can anyone think of a good reason why a Transporter would not work with a DVD player? My DVD player works just fine with my Lavry DAC (and with other DACs). However, I decided to try it out with the Transporter. I tried with coax and toslink connections (one at a time, of course) -- procedure: plug in, select digital input, hit play. Result: electrical stuttering sound, rather loud, which lead me to immediately turn off the device.
Why would a Lavry or Benchmark play ball with a humble DVD player but the Transporter have an issue? -- highdudgeon Relax.
