[SlimDevices: Audiophiles] signal loss with coax and optical?

Would there be any signal and/or audio degeneration if I was to use both the digital coax and optical outs of my squeezebox 3 to two different dacs (separate speaker and headphone setups)? -- happy happy's Profile:
