There are one type with a small plug with a knob, you always misplace this plug you remove that to insert the tos cable and then misplaces it ? This type is replaced with the door type on never equipment. Never the less it is still D-shaped and should click slightly when inserted -- Mnyb --

I've only seen two types of TOSLINK connectors: - "proper" ones with a D-shaped connector. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/File:TOSLINK.jpg These should push the door out of the way and press in pretty tight, not quite "clicking" in place but almost. If not, you have a defective receptacle. - "c

My Transporter TOSLINK input receptacle is extremely loose. I tried connecting a PS3 to it but it becomes so loose that it keeps falling off. I tried 2 cables, one from Van Den Hul and the other from Apple. Is there a way to chance the receptacles inside the Transporter? Secondly, am I missing
