im having great trouble to get aufs to work with my 2.6.15 kernel.
The system is a soc (arm based).
aufs version CVS checked out 20071003
NAS> uname -a
Linux #153 Thu Oct 4 04:51:38 CST 2007 armv4l unknown
when I compile the kernel it shows:

CC fs/aufs/module.o
CC
I don't know ehther it can solve your problem or not.
While you may already know, I'd like to tell you these things.
- aufs doesn't support the kernel version before 2.6.16, which means I
didn't compile and test aufs on linux-2.6.15.
- aufs shows its version when it is l
