It seems to be the same thing for me:
http://aur.archlinux.org/packages.php?ID=37964
http://aur.archlinux.org/packages.php?ID=44306
the only difference is --enable-build-type=pre, that I thinks does not
change much.
Cheers!!

Hello,
I have adopted picviz [1] a few days ago to update it, and I chose to
keep the same splitting as upstream, so I have made packages for
libpicviz [2], picviz-cli [3] and picviz-gui [4].
Please remove picviz [1], which is now obsolete.

Banshee mirage plugin is now part of the Banshee Community Extensions
project, as you can confirm in [1] - read April 7th news and check where
source link points to. Since the community extensions have an AUR package,
all mirage plugin packages should be deleted [2] and [3].
Thanks in advance,

The following packages were moved to GIT upstream and have a corresponding
git package in AUR.
pan-svn [1]
cwiid-svn [2]
tracker-svn [3]
redmine-mysql-svn [4]
kadu-svn [5]
supercollider-svn [6]
gammu-svn [7]
hostapd-svn [8]
