Hi,
I recently found that wine doesn't run update-desktop-database
(FS#22882) but that's not the only package with this issue.
I tested all my installed packages with this command:
for i in $(grep -Rl 'MimeType=.*/.*' /usr/share/applications/*); do pkg=
$(LANG=C pacman -Qo $i); grep -L
Sorry command had a typo, this is correct:
for i in $(grep -Rl 'MimeType=.*/.*' /usr/share/applications/*); do pkg=
$(LANG=C pacman -Qo $i); grep -L
update-desktop-database /var/lib/pacman/local/$(echo $pkg | cut -d\
-f5)-$(echo $pkg | cut -d\ -f6)/install; done
Sorry again, I should have sent this to arch-general.
That's really not my day. -.-

Actually since this is about [community] it also fits this list. I will
fix wine in a bit.
I've been going through Firefox stuff on AUR and noticed there are a lot of
ancient/obsolete/orphaned/etc. packages. I think the following should be
deleted, just to keep AUR clean.

Hi,
i just moved that and i would like to ask you not to update the package
in community to 0.1.5.
I would delete it once the gnome-unstable packages are moved to public
repository.
Also to inform all the other trusted users about this, i'm going to CC
this to aur-general.
