Thanks for reporting and for including all the links.
I removed the first 6 packages and merged+deleted bin32-jdk to lib32-jdk.
lib32-jdk has been out of date since 28 Aug 2011 and was disowned.
If there are packages that could have better names, one possible
approach is adding a comment a

Following jde/jre packages should be removed:
[1]lib32-jdk-6u17: orhapn, Provides a static and old version of Oracles
JDK, a lib32 package for Oracle JDK6 exists.
[2]jdk-community-stable-x32: Non functional (ties to pull the Oracle JDK
from ftp.archlinux.org), "out-of-date", serves no real purpose

The package [tal-plugins](https://aur.archlinux.org/packages.php?ID=44426)
is out of date and doesn't build at the moment. Unfortunately I
couldn't contact the maintainer since they haven't provided a valid
email address. If it's disowned I can update it with a working
package.

Please would a TU delete them and transfer the votes to the *-bzr
versions that I have replaced them with.
I orphaned the packages over a week ago and gave one week's notice in a
comment on each page that they would be
