I converted our TU bylaws to AsciiDoc and imported he converted document
into a Git repository that I temporarily hosted on [1]. Maybe we can
eventually move that to one of the Arch Linux servers.
Benefits of the new version:
* Much less noise in bylaw patches (HTML patches were unreadable).

It is already two weeks since I contact the maintainer but he didn't
respond and this package is still old. So I am requesting this package to
be orfaned. I can adopt it since I made some changes to use it on my
laboratory (we are now using nss_ldap and pam_ldap from extra but I can
still maintain
