[aur-general] deletion request ffmpeg-svn

2011-01-22 Thread Christian Scharkus
Hi :) I would like ffmpeg-svn to be deleted because it's out-of-date and the ffmpeg svn repository won't receive any more updates by reason of the ffmpeg project switching to git. So it would be kind of misleading to have two development packages in aur and one of them frozen. thanks raubkopierer

[aur-general] packages of user ydossow

Hello. Primary I write this mail because the package lib32-xulrunner is outdated and the old source isn't there anymore. So please disown this package. I have not written a mail to ydossow about this because he seems to have time to make new packages (like qffmpeg-libs) and update some (like 389-c

But several users stating there is a new version in stable and an Mail about it should get the maintainer in question start to think about it. Maybe it was just the cache especially if he's checking regular for new versions. As I wrote in the forum I have no problem with giving the package back. 2

I guess so. That's why I wrote someone. But seriously why should anyone but the maintainer unflag an outdated package? And after all I don't stick on it if he wants it back but he was notified by comment some time ago that the package was out of date :/ 2010/2/10 Lukáš Jirkovský : >> >> Hello, >>

Hi. I wrote a mail to the maintainer of the timer-applet PKGBUILD in AUR back in May and didn't get an answer by now. So it would be nice to orphan the package so I can correct the mistake myself. Thank You Christian Scharkus

May try to run pacman -Sy to update your local package database because as far as I see xulrunner have version 1.9.0.4 in the repos. You can combine the update of the system with a databaseupdate with pacman -Syu 2008/11/23 Martin <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> > Hello all. > > If I try to upgrade Mozilla F
