[aur-general] Request to orphan simon

Hello: simon [1] has been at version 0.4 for some time, and has been flagged as such since 2012-12-30. The maintainer doesn't seem to be responsive to comments, and an orphan request has been in the comments since 2013-03-01. Could this be orphaned so that another maintainer could pick it up?
