Over the past few days, about 3,000 packages were removed from the Arch User
Repository as part of a larger cleanup effort. These packages all fit the
following criteria:
- No maintainer
- Popularity equal to 0.0
- 3 or fewer total votes
- Most recent update before 2019-01-01
