Read the Medical Standards in the appendix to MOSP2 for the full
requirements...you'll see mention of the respiratory system and others. The
Section 6.2 you refer to is from the Operational Regulations, not the MOSP.

This is a copy of the relevant Civil Aviation Regulations (CAR). Which in
essence is what is required to pass an aviation medical, and sets the
standards for a charter flight.
