Hi,
The pinout of the RJ-45 and RJ-12 on all FLARM (Oz, Lx, Swiss, …) complies with
the IGC specification (except that they also provide 3V out for remote
displays).

I believe that OzFlarm and SwissFlarm are the same as far as wiring
goes.
Documentation about wiring of Flarm to ipaq on the internet appears
to be inconsistent. I suggest you contact SwissFlarm direct, they are
likely to be the best source of information.
