  I too, like Robert Bradley cancelled my AOPA membership during the Boyd Munro era.  The reason for this was Boyd’s continued attack on the funding the GFA received annually from CASA.  This grant was given to assist in the financial costs of running the GFA.  It must be recognized here

There is no problem in obtaining a limited certification for an auto engine for dedicated glider tugs. The cost is not excessive, estimated to be from $20,000 to $50,000 (about the price of one Lycoming engine o'haul)depending on how much we can do ourselves such as paperwork, manuals etc.,
