Tom, #5 is interesting , BUT, how does the tow vehicle turn to the left? Cheers Graeme [EMAIL PROTECTED] wrote: >- Original Message - >From: "Friedel Weber" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> >To: "Tom & Jane Gilbert" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> >Sent: Thursday, August 30, 2007 11:40 PM >Subject: DG Flugzeugba

As long as the pin that comes out from the tow bar, to which the dolly is attached (pic 2) doesn't snap, it will force the dolly to the left. It is a great system that has been around for many years in various forms, especially for the heavier two seater self launchers. Chris On Fri Aug 31 8

Probably in the opposite way to turning right ! The draw bar is fixed relative to the fin, but not the dolly wheel, so there is no chance of it hitting the fin unless something breaks. On 31/08/2007, at 10:05 , Graeme Thompson wrote: > Tom, > #5 is interesting , BUT, how does the tow vehicle

Everyone's a comedian! Thank you Matthew, it wasn't apparent to me that the drawbar pivot was fixed relative to the fuselage, all the dollywheel drawbars that I have encountered have been fixed to the caster. If this had been the case, it would really make a mess of the rudder. Cheers Graeme M
