Ottfur releases are tested in situ for some of the tests. Try your local
RTO/air. Many states have testers you can borrow.

Thanks Arie (and all who have replied) but I was looking for a design
drawing or sketch that I could post to the winchdesign list on yahoogroups.
Someone there was asking about acceptable release loads. While we know what
those are I thought list members in other countries might be interested in
GFA have one available. Contact your RTOA. But you will have to remove
the hook from the glider.
