Uav's (rc gliders) are now exceding 400 mph. Check out rcspeeds.com
the record is currently 445mph. If you look at the YouTube vids of
these records it becomes obvious why this form or dynamic soaring is
not appropriate for any manned aircraft.

There are a couple awesome videos of some 2-3m ish wingspan gliders doing
300mph+ on the net. ___

cause he is known to fly

Hi All,
For a good video with good sound have a look at
http://www.rcuvideos.com/view_video.php?viewkey=fc182d371c3e9ed31609 the
sound made going back into the front side lift/wind is whip like sound you
hear. This guy only got to 177mph but they have got to 301 mph.
