I will second that. We ditched TPP years ago. Synergy are owned by Ventra and
when I call I speak to an Australian that can help me not someone reading off a
script!

We have experienced emails going missing for various domains and suspect DNS
issues at TPP can people confirm yes or no. Off list replies ae fine to
avoid chatter. Also their register of choice.
