We were able to reproduce the issue last week and then unable to reproduce once
the issue was identified and resolved. For this reason, along with customer
feedback, we are confident the original issue had been fixed. The fix was to

Got a support case where the name servers for the domain are acting funny
- At MX tool box , it shows the correct name servers and
- At Global DNS , it is showing incorrect name servers
The Office 365 admin account also shows the incorrect DNS.
The incorrect DNS shown is " ns2.3by3.com.au, ns1.3b
I moved upsteam DNS over to google and it is working for the moment.
