Hi David,
It may be worth reviewing whether you really need to specify Bc in your
shaper policy. It was a while ago but I recall when working with the ASR920
I found the burst values automatically calculated by IOS (without manually
specifying Bc/Be) worked pretty effectively when using 'shape ave
:-)
The fibre maps we have from 2015 show actual diversity which worked this time
round so for the record they *should* be able to do it.

We have a suspected PIPE/TPG fibre fault somewhere between the CBD and Polaris
DC as of about 1006hrs. We have diversity though so no impact (to us).
