Is anyone having issues connecting to services in AWS in us-east-1 via Telstra?

Our service has gone down for all our users who are on Telstra (2000+), but not 
for any users on other ISPs.

Just spoke to someone at AWS who wasn’t very helpful, so I suspect the only way 
to resolve it would be to talk to someone at Telstra. Is there a phone number 
or email address for these kinds of incidents?

The issue started at about 7:30pm AEST.
