I've used plenty of FS.com transceivers.
For a 1G link, you might get away with a 10km optic, but better chances
with https://www.fs.com/au/products/48929.html.
For a 10G link, again you might get away with a 10km, but a 40km doesn't
cost much more -

I read this as Megaport do not filter unicast/multicast/broadcast on any
given port.

I shut our port toward MegaIX Sydney, after receiving 500Mbit+ of
broadcast. Their IX stats page says their outgoing jumped from 200Gbit to
~600Gbit during the event.

I've had the same "Admin Notification" this afternoon, and also issues
accessing Sharepoint at the same destination IP as Shane Clay has reported.
My route to that IP goes via IX Australia, then Vocus.

with Superloop in Adelaide, as well as loss of incoming routes from Anycast
at the same location. Both are restoring 20 minutes later, can't help but
notice the coincidence. Currently investigating the cause, waiting for
