This is actually accurate Sam, it does take 7-10 days depending for an RFO from
them.
I’m chasing one from last Tuesday as we speak.

Someone mentioned a fibre cut in a direct email to me - any idea how to get
information out of TPG / PIPE quickly?
We're told by our reseller (Tronic Networks) that the timeline for getting any
information / reports out of TPG / PIPE is 10 days...
Unsure if related, but there was a major PIPE outage at Equinix SY-1 Friday
Night/Saturday morning.
