MSFT define the Azure region as Australia South East (Melbourne) and
Australia East (Sydney). This is separated out in their documentation
around ExpressRoute locations.

Hey Skeeve,
Recently was using some resources and as far as all the documentation I
could read it was definitely there.
Also speaking to an engineer from Microsoft seemed to confirm that as well.
