magnitude.
Captive portals that require a login, even if its free, reduce engagement
by a further order of magnitude.
If the goal is for the public to benefit from the free WiFi then this is a
contrary requirement.

Hey Cameron,
Have a look at Aruba Clearpass; it'll do everything you need and integrates
well with almost all vendors. As a matter of fact, i did an implementation
where we had a unified captive portal experience for Cisco and Aruba WLANs.
