Does Zax Amusements operate a network for it’s clients or is it just a customer
of AAPT? If you’re operating a network carrying 3rd party traffic then all
good. However, if not then please use your normal customer contact escalation
process for raising this with your supplier.

Have you tried calling them? If so you should have your escalation
documents in the event you cannot reach them.
