If you've the time, could you explain this phrase
"The JTAG ICE's "step over" instruction can only be used the way AVR
Studio 4 uses it, by prior filling the tag memory"
I'm not able to understand what the prior filling part is about...

As Jörg Wunsch already know I'm an avr n00b trying to start debugging on an
xmega265A3 chip :)
