Hi,
I have made two slabs of different crystal structures in avogadro and I
have saved them in different files. I want to make a heterjunction with
these two slabs or at least put these two slabs aside in one file.
Please let me know if it is possible in avogadro.

Hi,
I am trying to saturate the dangling bonds on a slab by hydrogens. in
build-->add hydrgen, the hydrogen is only added to one of the atoms and
then clicking on the others do not work.
Is there any other ways to do it?

Hi,
I have generated a supercell in avogadro. I want to remove some of the
atoms. Is there a way I can remove them by the aid of the gui and not
guessing their position in the Cartesian built?
