Mod4+Shift+C definitely meet my requirements, so problem is solved.

I think the hotkeys to minimize, maximize and closing the window should be
way more faster than closing the window by mouse, so theres no need for the
buttons to be there. I dont have a window with the normal buttons for the
things i said before, i thought it was a feature of awesome =D
