Just to add if you dont want to use Outlook(MAPI) to send mails , you can use SMTP ..   Try to see sysEmailBatch class..  In 3.0 it uses Dundas , if u dont want to use Dundas there are lot of free COM addins for SMTP available on net which u can use to send mails..      Regards   Mudit   >From
