Get the code behind the click "Refresh AOD" from the portal site. Put it in a class extending RunbaseBatch and run a Batch Job for it. This is NOT something I would recommend as the refresh AOD is only to publish the changes in AX AOT to Sharepoint and should only happen when something is change
