Those are all manufacturing strategies / concepts.Make to order scenario can
be addressed through manufacturing based on sales orders/ confirmed orders.
Make to stock scenario is keeping stock for items assuming there would be
demand for those, which can be addressed through min/ max settings
I was searching for some help on this and found my old unanswered post
from some years back on the same problem.
I have just had this happen again.
User was creating a new item 25926.
User after entering new item details could not save it and got the
error message that item already existed.

Dear all,
There was the problem about report to excel in AX, i selected the export type
is HTML, and specify a target file with an xls extention, but when i opened the
file, the formatting was wrong. Do you have any idea on how to export the
report to excel in AX?
