Has anybody even done an Ax implementation for a design to order production
facility. The additional thing to consider is one order may have 5 to 5000
different items.
We can use Product builder but it will create only 1 item at a time.
Any solution for such scenario ?

In form design you can try to drag field linenum from datasource to form
design.
The return value start from 0(zero) just like what in the table is.
Ex: create Line number for invoice
*Go to Custiunvocejournal form design
*drag field Linenum form datasources Custinvoicetrans

If you want to use this feature then u need to do some customiztion at the
ledgerjournalengine class.

is there any report which can give us comparison about Cost of Goods and
cost of Sale. for example we have previous month sale and now we want to make
comparison about the inventory that this items have this much cost price and it
has been sales on this much price.
