If you look at the properties of the field, you will notice that EnumType
field is empty but it indicates that there is some enum attached. Looks like
the Base Enum attached with the field has been deleted in AX 4.0.
In AX 2009 the Enum Type has been changed to ABC. This code will work in

I think you can ignore this error. You will also see, if you go to Manage
Deployments the error Enterprise Portal is not deployed on this computer,
but the site runs ok. Management of the site has to be done via SharePoint
Central.

The problem of deploying enterprise portals using Manage Deployments is a
known issue with 64 bit machines.
Microsoft has come up with a tool called AxPortalUpdate.exe in AX 2009 SP1.
You can use this utility to deploy EP and manage it from Sharepoint Central.

How about record level security? Since Views come from tables, then the best
idea to set the access right is by setting the rights on query of the tables.

i am having problem in printing of cheques other than the company currency.
because if the vendor currency is other than Company Currency then i am getting
Error and cannot print cheque. can you help me how to enable printing of
