Thanks Sumit. I did all the steps mentioned in the below threads.. the solution given in the threads is to solve the already existing activeX control problem(i.e. if standard functionality of activeX working in one build is not wokring in another build, then we can apply the below procedure) .

Hi all, I upgrade ax 4.0 to ax 2009 and a problem occured about user permissions. User groups can not access some fields which they can access before upgrade. Do you have any idea about this problem and solution? Thanks Best Regards
