[Axapta-Knowledge-Village] synchronizing tasks with MS Outlook

ask in Outlook is marked as active, an activity in AX also remains active. What I need is to update the status of an activity in AX in accord to the status of a task in Outlook (if the latter was updated more recently). Did I miss some setup? :( I am using AX2009 Aiste

I am trying to setup workflow for purchase requisition in AX2009. I create a purchase requisition, submit it to my workflow but the task is not generated for the user who should approve this requisition. Maybe someone has any ideas about this? :) Aiste
