Does this mean that
Axapta 4.0 is actually Axapta 3.0 + life sciences, or are there any real
improvements to Axapta itself?

Ive found 2 ways
to discover the name of a report (but only remember 1):
While the report runs
(e.g. to screen) break it of: the error message will tell you its name.
